This portal uses pop-ups. So, please ensure pop-up blocker is disabled for this portal for it to work properly.
To disable pop-up blocker in Chrome.

1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
2. Select Settings.
3. Click Show advanced settings.
4. In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
5. In the "Pop-ups" section, select the option: Do not allow any site to show pop-ups.

6. Click Manage exceptions.
7. In the "Hostname pattern" column, enter the websites- apps.xtglobal.net,apw.xtglobal.net to allow pop-ups. Make sure that the drop-down menu next to the entry is set to "Allow". When you are done adding website, click ‘Done’. Close the Settings tab.
8.Reload the web page to let the new settings take effect.

Follow Instructions for Safari

To disable pop-up blocker in Safari.

Method 1:
1. Open up your Safari Web browser.
2. Click the Options button.
3. Un Select the option -'Block Pop - Up Windows'.

Method 2:
1. Open up your Safari Web browser.
2. Go to the Safari menu and choose 'Preferences' from the list of choices.
3. Click on the Security heading.
4. Un check the option-'Block Popup-windows',to allow Safari the popup windows.
5. Close the Preferences windows after you are done changing settings.
